At Frimley Lifestyle Village the stress of maintaining and managing a large home is removed. Your lawns are mowed and your villa exterior is looked after. The windows are washed, exterior paint is maintained and your villa roof is sprayed to keep it in good condition.

The interior is left for you to decorate and maintain as you wish. You can keep a garden, grow a few vegetables while enjoying a secure, gated community.

Lock up and leave

Planning a short or extended holiday isn’t an issue at Frimley Village. You can leave knowing your home is safe and secure. Just lock up and leave.

Neighbours are friends

Your neighbours are all similar in age and in a similar stage of life. It’s a fantastic community with a welcoming and friendly group of residents.

Full access to communal facilities

You have full use of a community center and hall with a library, gymnasium, kitchen, and other facilities. The community center is available to all residents for private functions such as birthdays or anniversaries.

Regular social events are arranged by the social committee if you want to join in, Friday night drinks are very popular as are the regular pot luck dinners.

Because you are an owner and therefore a member of the Body Corporate you can, if you so wish, be on the Body Corporate Committee. This committee is charged with managing the affairs of the village with the aim of making Frimley Village a great place to live. There are no “managers from somewhere else” making the decisions for you.

Financial freedom guaranteed

At Frimley Village, there is no deferred maintenance fee, which for many License to Occupy villages can be anything from 20% to 30%.

When that time comes to sell your home, you sell at the current market value, whatever that may be at the time.

Insurance is becoming more and more expensive, the good news is that because Frimley Village can insure as an entity the cost to insure your home is much lower than it would be for a private home of similar age and value. You still do need to insure the contents of your home, that is up to you.

A key point to note - If you should need to go into a care facility later your capital is still intact which will make that move much more affordable.
